The Egyptian association Implemented the opening Conference for the project empowerment women of their social and political rights in collaboration with participatory  development program, attended the conference( Dr. Amani El Tawel ) political expert and  director of women program in Al-Ahram Centre for strategic and Political Studies,  also attended the conference by number of the interested with civil society, journalists and members of local councils and partner associations**The Egyptian association implemented a training course on  building the capacity of the teamwork of supporting women in partner associations with the project of women empowerment  from their social and political rights of both Giza and Beni Suef, from 27 December until 1 January, 2008**The Egyptian association will held a training course for two days will implement by a group of female lawyers who gained trainer skills , to train 25 lawyer on the importance of political  public and participation  especially, how to activate their role within the women's committees in syndicate and activate their role in decision-making in sub syndicate and this in frame of implementing the project to activate the role of the female lawyers in public work**Also the Association will held a workshop in the period from 12January until 13 January aims the local council members and how to prepare and implement a futuristic plans for women's participation in the next local elections **The association lunched the first electronic page about the parliament on  special electronic site for the parliament prepared by the association
