Report of the fourth training course for personnel in parliamentary committees: - The topic of workshop: Financial role of the Parliament . - The place of workshop : the Faculty of Economics and Political Science - Cairo University. The Implementation date : the period from 20 to 23 August,2007 - Participants : Number twenty participants of personnel in parliamentary committee in people council . The contents of the report - The report handled what happen in the fourth training course which was about the financial role of the parliament through the training program for personnel in the contemporary parliamentary committees during the period from 20 - 23 August , 2007 and included a presentation of workshops and proposals of personnel in committees in the framework of work towards enhancing the process of parliamentary communication . The report aimed what has been presented during the training workshop in terms of working papers and suggestions of participants and recommendations of the workshop with regard to the role of parliamentary committees and mechanisms of its development and ways to communicate with the public which leading us in the end to enhance the process of parliamentary communication with the society. The fourth training workshop : holding The Egyptian Association for the dissemination and development of legal awareness the first training course at Cairo University during the period from 20 August, 2007 until 23 August, 2007 with participation a number 20 (youth / girls), representing personnel in the number of 11 parliamentary committee and divided in terms of gender to 13 youth and 7 girls where the association has been designed the training program on three days during it activate the training article through open debate and action groups managed it 8 of academics Professors of university who are/

The fourth training course included the following topics : - The analysis of press coverage for the works of Parliament. -Applications in analysis of the press coverage for the works of parliament. -The basic of good parliamentary research .- - an application work groups for the preparation of a framework to parliamentary research . - Keeping up the parliament for the changes in the global economy. -The follow-up of performance of financial policies . - the role of Committees in following up the implementation of financial policy . - an applications in the reports of following up the implementation of financial policy. - The role of committees in the analysis of the budget -a Practical applications in the analysis of the budget - Legislative drafting - an applications in the legislative drafting process in the light of the provisions of the Court of Cassation - How to read the plan -How to read the budget -The role of Parliament in the economic development policies (with applying on the topic of poverty) |
