Declaration for jobs occupation The Egyptian Association for dissemination and development of legal awareness is honored to declare on it's desire to fill the following posts, in the framework of project " activating the role of Egyptian women performance within the elected legislative entities" which implemented it in cooperation with USAID The required posts , are: - project manager : Responsibilities and competencies of project manager : To supervise the project and follow up the work plans To review and approve the work plans To review the project’s reports and submit the reports to the board members and the donor To hold periodic meeting for the employees of the project To select employees for the project To take decisions for good work in the project To assess the performance the employees of the project To provide reports to board members of EADDLA To communicate and coordinate with the donor To prepare the reports for the donor To do what is required in the border of the job’s missions the required qulifcations: High educated experience at lest five years in the civil field Technical support manager : responsibilities and competencies of technical support manager : to manage and coordinate the work in the unit to follow up the coordinators’ work of the project in the unit a direct responsible in front of the project manager of all the phases of the project from the technique side. To provide the officer of follow up and evaluation of the required information for preparing the reports. To facilitate the work in the project. To help the employees of the project when they need To cooperate and coordinate with all the employees of the project. To follow up the implementation of the activities and the extent of achieving the project To prepare a monthly reports about the project to project manager To prepare reports to the donor To coordinate with project manager and employees through periodic meetings. Training coordinator : responsibilities and competencies of training coordinator : To set criteria and objectives for the training programs that will be implemented under the supervision of the general supervisor. To coordinate for all activities that will be implement in the targeted governorates. To develop plans for capacity building of the project employees. To provide the officer of follow up and evaluation of the required information for preparing the reports. To prepare places of training and gather training tools and materials. To prepare all the reports of the training programs To attend the meeting , trainings and workshops of the project To dissolve the obstacles that might confront To participate in different meeting and committees To connect and coordinate with the trainers To do what is required in the border of the job’s missions the required qulifcations: High educated experience at lest three years in the civil field Financial manager : responsibilities and competencies of financial manager: To supervise and review all the financial documents of the project. To supervise the buying process and prepare reports about it. To prepare the daily financial reports of the project. To prepare all the financial lists with its types To commit applying and carrying out the recommendations of financial evaluation of the project. To provide the officer of follow up and evaluation of the required information for preparing the reports. To review and approve on the reports To provide the required reports from he project manager To supervise on all works in the financial administration To cooperate with departments officers of the project of what related to the financial work. To prepare of monthly financial reports to the project budget. To be responsible of records and documents (according to the accounting basics). To provide the officer of follow-up and evaluation of necessary information for preparing the reports. Record all expenses for the project. To work on the temporary and settled advances To review financial reports under the auspices of the Financial Manager. To file the out and in faxes and emails. To organize the files of the project. To compile the reports from the departments and send to the concern organization. Received correspondence and present it to the administrative officer. Make photocopies of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Send and receive faxes and e-mail. To Assist in preparing the reports and coordinate it. To receive phone calls and respond to them.
